One of Enid's favourite treats is the XL Cow Ear. I think she partly enjoys that first snap on the dried ear as she brings her furry jaw down on it but what I really think she enjoys is the ear meat. She always tucks into that part first.
Here is just the best part of the ear - the ear root - sort of like how the best part of a muffin is the muffin top or watching an omnibus of Coronation Street without all the ads.
