Tripe is up there with one of those foods never to bring to the office. Unless you are going to an office filled with dogs. They love this stinky stuff and lucky for them it is very good for them.
We all have those days when our dogs just don't want to eat. Maybe they are feeling a little under the weather or just trying their luck and hoping for something better. (I know Enid would just eat toast all day long if I let her.) Tripe is great to bring even the most indifferent eater to the dining table.
