Sana

Air dried food is as the name suggests, slowly dried using only air - there is no heat involved.  Cooking can deplete the nutritional value of meats which in turn can often mean needing to add nutritional additives to make up the shortfall.  

Sana use only use fresh ingredients before the drying process.  If you take a look at the ingredients list, there are no additives.  All the nutrients, vitamins and minerals is created directly from the original ingredients.
