80/10/10 means that meals consist of 80% meat, 10% and 10% offal. As the rule goes, of that 10%, offal 5% must liver and the other 5% needs to be a secreting organ. it's usually kidney but in the case of The Dog's Butcher, they often use spleen or testicles. Testicles are high in vitamin B12 which can help strengthen their immune system to fight again infections and disease.
It's a super ingredient. You could say they are the dog's bollocks.
