What quickly troubled me was although it said on the back, not to be consumed it was only minutes before my puppy was shearing off plastic and swallowing it. These yak chews are brilliant for dogs of all ages. As they gnaw away at the chew it softens and yes, some parts will be swallowed but it is 100% safe to consume.
