So what is tripe? Tripe is the partly digested, untreated stomach lining, in this instance, of an ox. Following the unwritten law that stinky things are often good for us, tripe is a superfood in the dog world. What I particularly like about tripe is that is it full of good bacteria and probiotics. So in a sense it tries to keep a healthy balance in your pet's gut, combatting the bad bacteria and generally doing it's best to keep your dog in top form.
