Liver cake recipe 

400g chicken liver
1 egg
150g flour 

Mince liver either by hand or in your blender until it resembles a smoothie. 

Add the egg. 

Add the flour. 

Pour into a baking tin and bake for about 30 minutes.  

While it's cooking make sure you clean the bender blades really well until you get all the liver out otherwise you'll be drinking bits of it in your smoothies for the next 4 weeks. 

Open all the windows to allow the smell of baked liver to leave your kitchen. 

Disinfect and wiped down all surfaces. Clean hands in warm water. 

Once out of the oven, allow to cool. Cut into pieces. 

Wash tin and knife.   

You could do all of that...or you could just buy a liver cake that's been prepared earlier.
